Solo Exhibition – Shima Shanti – The Elemental Still Point: Thresholds
December 4, 2026 - January 6, 2027
A solo exhibition exploring the space where movement, memory, nature, and presence converge.
Through luminous layers of encaustic, Shima Shanti’s newest body of work invites viewers into moments of curiosity, contemplation, and discovery. Rooted in her ongoing inquiry, The Elemental Still Point, these paintings explore the quiet center that exists within change—the place where becoming and being meet.
Presented by Vaunt Gallery, Thresholds reflects a shared belief that art is not simply observed, but experienced. Each work reveals itself through layers of discovery, offering opportunities to slow down, look again, and reconnect with something essential.
